We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy. Once the key has been cut and programmed to the vehicle, it has been locked to the vehicle and can not be reused for another vehicle.

We offer a 1 year warranty for your peace of mind. We are typically very lenient with our warranty. If your key stops working we are happy to come out and diagnose the issue at our soonest availability. Often times its an easy fix like an improperly installed battery or a dead vehicle battery. Our warranty does not include water damage or signs of abuse.
